Does your node show you this error message when you try to make a transaction?
Don't worry, you have 2 solutions to remedy this.
Solution 1: Wait! And yes, you just have to wait a few blocks for your node to update the network fees.
Solution 2 : Put "fallbackfee=0.00001" in your riecoin.conf, restart your node et make your transaction.
