Anything about Riecoin mining goes here! A type of topic are threads about a CPU type. Only post your optimal parameters or show your machine in such topic and create a new one if there is no topic about your CPU, following the same scheme as the current ones. Otherwise you can also discuss about things like the profitability in general or other mining related subjects.
Different CPUs models should be discussed on the same topic if they are of the same architecture, have the same number of cores, and the same cache sizes, for example the 2700X and 3700X will have different topics, while the 3770K and the 3770 should be discussed on the same topic.
Do not talk about the mining software (suggestions, bug reports,...), go to the rieMiner's topic for this.
No technical support here as well, go to the Help subforum.
Discussions about current Riecoin mining pools must go to the Pools subforum.

Welcome, as said in the rules please create a new topic if there is none about your CPU... Post moved to a new topic.

Code: Select all

Threads = 15
PrimeTableLimit = 2147483648
SieveWorkers = 7
SieveBits = 25
Is a good starting point for 15 Threads and current Difficulties around 950; I don't have this Cpu so I cannot test myself. Read this if you want to tune further (of course the Cpu usage will no longer have to be maxed out and should be around 47% if you only use 15 Threads out of 32). You are welcomed to share once you find yourself optimal settings.

Thank you for the recommendations. I will give that a try and will also read the article on tuning.

It is wise to always leave 2 or 3 cores (not threads!) to system needs or 1 core if you use your computer for mining only, in my tests it is always better than using MAX.
