I wanted a Riecoin.dev Explorer (and break the CryptoId monopoly too :p) so I made one from scratch. For now it is pretty basic (no database, no address browsing...), but I will add new features over time. If you are providing Riecoin services then you are welcomed to run your own explorer, where your transactions can link to, etc...
