It's more visual mod rather performance but of course it increase mining performance. I will publish it on GitHub as rieMiner fork.
Disadvantage and the main reason that it wasn't published yet is that it increase performance on AMD CPU's (on INTEL CPUs it may even decrease it) and on certain network conditions it submits bad blocks (that are rejected by network) - it happens in average of 3 blocks per 130 submissions, what is strange somehow because pool is passing it and no modifications were made on pool.

If you are interested in tweaking your miner check all topics here and try not to use the same constellation type - statistically it shouldn't make any changes but when we consider that CPU and CPU cache are RAM affected situation may change from 50/50 to 60/50 ;-) and so on...
