OcMiner announced to be upgrading Suprnova a while ago, though has still not confirmed the completion of the upgrade.
Ublock.it said that they are making sure to upgrade on time.

These pools still have not upgraded so it is recommended to stop mining there and choose a pool that is ready for the Fork, or do Solo Mining.
